The Client Alert Monitoring System(CAMS) allows Sales Traders to serve their clients more effectively by delivering specific targeted alerts of Firm and Street actionable events to make effective client calls.

CAMS processes events using adapters from sources such as FIX, RSS news feeds and e-mail. CAMS matches these events against client interests developed from their focus lists, trading activity and holdings data. Alerts are delivered to users via web browser and e-mail interfaces. Additionally, CAMS can report on IOI effectiveness and assists identifying new clients based on holdings data.
