Joseph Chafatinos, Partner
Joseph Chafatinos has more than 30-years of broad based experience providing financial services, systems and information to the investment community. He has held executive level positions with information providers, electronic trading firms, system integrators and broker-dealers with responsibility for Sales and Marketing, Product Management, Account and Client Services Management.
At Fidessa, Joseph held the position of E.V.P. New Business Development with full responsibility for the sales and marketing of U.S. related electronic equity trading systems. He developed product and sales/marketing strategies for the sale of electronic equity trade and order/management systems to the US market.
At SunGard BRASS, Joseph held management positions in Sales, Client Services and Implementation. In addition, he also worked at Instinet in a product management capacity and Quotron Systems in the International division managing the Far East Region. Joseph also worked at the Broker Dealer Dean Witter Reynolds.

Satish S. Mujumdar, Partner
Satish Mujumdar has more than 25-years of experience in Information Technology, including 20 years servicing the financial industry. He is a seasoned and respected executive offering sharp business acumen that complements in-depth technical knowledge and a detailed understanding of global financial markets. Satish has an exceptional track record of realizing significant operating margin improvements through technology modernization, customer relationship cultivation and major efficiency enhancements.
At SunGard, Satish held various executive level positions during his 20-year tenure. He was Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the BRASS business unit from 2007 to 2010. He conceptualized and introduced strategies and tactics to improve operating margins, efficiency and productivity. He was chosen to strengthen customer relations to address continuous customer attrition issues through product and service improvements. Satish was named Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Global Trading segment for Americas from 2010 to 2011. He drove design and development of a next-generation Trading Platform while maintaining key relationships with top 10 customers of the segment.
